1stGH Awards started with a simple gut feeling: too many awards go to businesses that aren't all that great with customers. So we built an awards program that puts customers first, literally.

GH stands for Genuine Hustle. It's the work that doesn't make it onto a billboard or a TV ad. It's the extra effort and the consistent follow-through that build lasting trust.

We're independent, which means we're not tied to any big corporation or media group. We don't take entry fees and we never will. Winners are chosen by a panel of judges based only on merit.

We believe that recognizing and celebrating genuine hustle is good for everyone: businesses get a well-earned boost, customers feel heard, and the bar for service gets a little higher.
